On the ground floor, this sunny, welcoming alumni escape includes a Master bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds.  In the brick-trimmed basement/multi-purpose room, there’s a handsome bar and pool table, as well as a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a pull-out chair/sleeper. A full bath services this downstairs area.

Entertaining outdoors couldn’t be easier thanks to an elegant, kidney-shaped hot tub, a gas grill, fireplace and large flat-screen TV. With plenty of comfortable seating and a flat grassy area for kids to play, it’s hard to find a reason to leave this charming home.  That said, our Dartmouth owners highly recommend the wonderful amenities close by, including the beach, famous Cisco Brewers and Bartlett Farm—all just a bike ride away.
