Upon request, the Dartmouth owners can make their private chef, yoga instructor and winemaker available to your group. This property is like a private resort, situated on nearly 10 acres of vineyards. The winemaker is happy to arrange a special tasting or walk through the grapes with you.

Minutes from this property is downtown Healdsburg, known as one of the most charming towns in America. Enjoy a varity of excellent restaurants, wine tasting rooms, boutiques and galleries.

KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will love the gourmet kitchen with its six-burner range, wine fridge, food processors, All-Clad cookware, dishwashers and more. For your convenience, the pantries are stocked with specialty olive oils, vinegars, spices and staples, and you’ll have access to fine linens, dinnerware and, of course, wine glasses! Coffee aficionados will appreciate a Nespresso maker as well as drip coffee and pour-over options.

There are three dining areas; a lovely dining room which seats 10-12 with French doors that open outdoors; an informal table for 8 next to the kitchen; and poolside seating.

LIVING AREAS
The large living room has a fireplace and offers serene views of the vineyard. The adjacent media room comes complete with a wet bar, a 65″ Smart Roku TV with DIRECTV, Sonos music built-in speakers, and cozy leather sofas that recline to make movie nights a hit. Help yourself to the books, backgammon, chess, and other games stored in the bookshelves.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Upstairs, pamper yourself in a master bedroom featuring a four-poster king bed, sofa, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. On the private balcony, enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails while savoring the views. Or, slip into the adjoining sitting area and curl up with a book next to the fireplace. There are three additional rooms on this level. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen; both rooms offer exceptional vineyard views. These rooms connect through a beautifully appointed full bath. The fourth room is equipped as an office for “work-from-home” days with a large desk, printer and monitor, but it can also be used as a sleeping area. An electric inflatable twin bed and feather bed cover is available for your convenience.

The downstairs bedroom has twin beds which can be put together as a king and offers an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower—ideal for anyone who prefers the ground level for easy accessibility.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The gated pool area is complete with chaise lounges, towels, an outdoor fridge and a lovely water fountain. Kids love to play in the grassy areas while adults enjoy the gardens. Everyone loves the hot tub!
