Alumni Escapes Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund for cancellations at least 21 days prior to check-in.

50% refund, less a $250 service fee, for cancellations 7 days prior to check-in. 

No Refund if you cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in. 

Amended cancellation policy: A rebooking or full refund on cancellation may be issued for cancellation requests made at least 3 days prior to confirmed arrival for reservations with a check-in date between Oct 1st 2020 & April 30th, 2021.

Alumni Escapes reserves the right to cancel this agreement if any unforeseen circumstances arise and the Property becomes temporarily uninhabitable, but agrees to fully refund any monies paid in advance by Guest, or will make every effort to relocate Guest to a similar property at the same or discounted rate.
